Personalized Coaching Experience
Semi Private Training
Our Semi-Private Training offers the perfect balance of individualized coaching and a motivating small-group atmosphere, with 1–4 athletes per session (averaging just two). Each athlete begins with a full assessment in their first session, allowing us to build a completely customized performance program tailored to their specific strengths, weaknesses, and goals. With more direct coaching time and personal attention from Sam, athletes receive focused instruction and faster, more targeted improvements. Spots are extremely limited, ensuring every athlete gets the high-level development they deserve.
